Shifting Hard and Stutter

My 2023 has 8000km on it with the 10-speed trans and it is already going in to have the torque converter replaced next week

Did you have the shudder when accelerating at low speeds and decelerating?

It was never on decelerating. It was mostly on accelerating at lower speeds when the truck went from 3rd-4th-5th. It has never gone away, and I can’t stand the way it drives in D. I put the truck in L9 and I haven’t had a driving issue since. I drive a lot, so I’ve put about 50k on driving in L9 with zero issues. The dealer admitted to feeling the shutter, and just told me that’s unfortunately how it drives with the cylinder shut off bs.
