Backup Camera issue

Recently my 2021 Custom Trail Boss backup camera wasn't the same. Coincidentally it was after I had a tire replaced. Dealer replaced camera and same issue. I'm not seeing my full range of view I was before. Barely see bumper and hitch now. Bottom has a curved black area on both sides. Just curious if anyone else seen this. Think it's a programming issue?
I have to do the same for my 2019 custom trailboss. I hope I get the original view from oem. That is what you should get if they replaced it with oem. I don't see the grid lines for distance and alignment. That's not acceptable. I would tell to get that fixed. It's not the original view.

I have the lines and everything but the curved lower look never went back to how it was when I drove the truck off the lot. After camera was replaced I gave up on it. Curious if anyone else had any different results.

having the some problem with my 2022, the reversing camera used to be full screen, now has lower curve to the picture on the screen, nothing I have found in settings to check camera. Mine only has two camera options , hitch view or normal with or without lines. So might get hold of dealer if no easy fix

I'm still living with it. If anyone ever finds the fix to restore the full view let me know. My model is 2021 custom and also has the multiflex tailgate.

Have had dealer replace camera but upon picking up the same bottom curve in screen, so they then went and had look at 2021 on lot which had same problem, they are doing more research on it. I am thinking the problem is with the camera lens.

What is funny, not funny about this is when I learned to drive, you know what we used? Mirrors! Still do probably 90% of the time. Probably wouldn't even use the camera, except the truck is a little higher than most.

correct I also use the mirrors, but find the camera useful when towing the race car. The problem I think is the camera lens tilt which is not adjustable, I am seeing part of the tailgate which was not there when I brought the pickup. Have looked at to see if I can alter the lens angle but it is in a fixed position. regards Graham
